Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and licensing reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened table games (to prevent potential tampering)
- Used disguises and accessories (for hygiene reasons)
- Downloadable content or digital products
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order details and reason for return/exchange
- Wait for return authorization – we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Package the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories
- Include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package
- Ship the package to our returns address (provided in your RMA email)
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement
Exchange Processing
For exchanges (subject to availability):
- We will ship the replacement item once we receive your return
- Standard shipping rates apply for the new item unless the exchange is due to our error
- You will receive tracking information for your replacement item
